Great food, great service, and great prices. Also, lunch came with a delicious egg drop soup.

Ordered the FP2 and the only thing good was the fried rice and the crab. The meat tasted weird and the noodles had a weird smell to them. My wife, son and I thought it was bad.

I absolutely love their broccoli beef the service is really good and the prices are affordable. I don't have a single complaint.

Never had an issue with our Food or Service. Ladies are Always Kind and Pleasant, If we have to wait they are chatty, I like that, I’m from the South so having a mini relationship with whom cooks my food is a must!!

Great place for a quick lunch if you work on or near JBLM. They have lunch specials that include a taste large egg roll and soup. The soup is not included in take out orders. They have s good selection of vegetarian menu items. The teriyaki sauce is really good.

This place is family ran. And it's the best place! They have wonderful service. They are very kind. Their food is uber good. Everytime my husband and son come in were never disappointed. They are so kind and playful to my son as well!

My first time ordering from here. After reading the negative reviews I was afraid after I had already placed my order for delivery but I was so hungry that I didn't care. Delivery was 30 minutes and I tell you what it was worth the wait. The chicken teriyaki was amazing I'm glad I got double chicken for $2 cause the flavor is terrific! Miso soup was on point! Steamed rice was good! The lady placing my order was very nice. This place was gonna be a hit or miss for me and it hit just right. I hope they keep this consistent and not fall back to getting negative reviews.

They start you off with a simple yet delicious egg drop soup as well as your drink. Within a minute of finishing my soup they had brought out my order of their teriyaki chicken and gyoza lunch special with fried rice. That was delicious as well. The restaraunt was clean, the staff was friendly. Overall I had a great experience.

More like an old man's living room than a restaurant. Staff members take naps in the kitchen on a sleeping cot for all to see and an old man walks around in a wife beater tank top breathing down the neck of anyone in there including customers who want anything extra like sauce. Taste of food not worth the uncomfortable environment.

Their prices are okay and the entrees are a bit below average in flavor, but they have the most delicious and crisp salads I've ever tasted in my life.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Service was so warm and friendly! And the food! I ordered the beef bulgogi and a spicy tuna roll. Hands down the BEST I have found in the greater Tacoma area and the spicy tuna is probably the best I've had anywhere ever. The husband ordered chicken teriyaki and General's chicken! Again...flavor was amazing! Portions are huge!! I how this place is around for a long time to come!

Cheap rice... it looks like minute rice which sucks and this is a rip off. I order a beef broccoli. I instead got a beef broccoli with mixed veggies. And my rice is sitting on nothing but vegetable oil.

Not my favorite. Waitress was very nice. Took a long time to get our food (2 of us). One lady (owner?) was yelling at the cooks and delivery staff. I thought that was very unprofessional. They were working really hard trying to pack up orders and answer phones. Food was just ok. Mine was reasonably priced, however my husband's meal was not. He ordered vegetable stir fry $9.99 he asked to add shrimp. No problem. However, they charged double the price for 6 shrimp. It was worth a try. Probably will not be back.

My Mongolian Beef was brought out about three minutes after I ordered it which might explain why all the onions are completely raw :( A few peices of the beef were cold. The beef was unimpressive as is the sauce on it and the raw onions. The service was friendly and fast which is the only reason I'm giving it two stars. Wouldn't recommend this place unfortunately.

The staff always welcomes me in and my order always comes out in 5 minutes or less, perfect when I only have a half hour lunch break. However, the meat hasn't gone bad. I ordered their beef teriyaki twice, ate every bite cuz I was starving, and didnt get sick. It's not a great flavor, though, and I'd recommend staying away from their beef or pork and stick with chicken if you want the best flavor experience.

DoorDash’d an order. Order never came and their website was unable to cancel the order. Lady from KoKo’s called me and asked why I never came to pick up my order. I advised that the doordasher never came. She asked me why they never came. I advised her to call DoorDash, I’d like to know why too. This lady proceeded to tell me that it’s not doordash, that I called and placed the order. And that she was going to deliver it to my home. I told the associate that it was over 2 hours old now and I have given my family other food. She became aggressive and basically called me a liar then hung up on my. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!! Will never get business from my household. Then DoorDash showed up over an hour after that call.

Chicken was green in all our take out. Never again!

From out of town. Not the best but not too bad, go judge for yourself. A little heavy on the sauce & not much chicken from what I'm used to for the town I'm from. I actually read ratings on a different restaurant for teriyaki and thought it was this one, only to find out after I paid and was seated that I was at the wrong one after looking online again. LOL. Oh well. It was just ok. A couple of my pieces of chicken was undercooked so that took away from my meal but it hapoens. Took a photo before eating to share here.

The ladies were so so nice, I feel bad leaving a negative review, but unfortunately the food was awful. Anything that had meat in it tasted rotten. The crab rangoon was like nothing I have ever seen before. I wish I would have read some reviews before I stopped in.

Awesome 🇰🇷Korean food🇰🇷!!!! 😍 I love the hot stone bowls. The food comes out so fresh and hot. The veggies are perfectly cooked. Its more then enough food for 2 people. The crab ragoons have a perfect ratio of crab and cream cheese a great appetizer to kick dinner off. Koko's is ideal for anyone that wants fresh hot food that made in house!!! I mean come on what more could you ask for. A must try for anyone looking for great a meal!!One try and you will be hooked. 😍❤❤❤❤😍

Usually good food, but ordered today for the family and my wife for when she gets off work. When she comes home and open the box of the beef broccoli and we find raw meat inside. Would reccomend to check your food fully before leaving.

Excellent service and food. Very friendly staff and a great menu. Food is brought to the table fresh and hot. You can also order to go. Good place to check out if you haven't been there yet. Fast, friendly service! The portions were generous too! Definitely better than i had expected. Also, The place seemed really clean too!
